You get HE grenades for both sites on Inferno, mostly around Banana and B. A few land on A, near Apps Stairs and Boiler. They decide who wins the Banana fight, and who walks onto A already low.

T side HE grenades

Before you go A, the Light Room HE catches the CT sitting in Light Room. Anyone peeking from Quad is low when your entry swings. The Boiler HE goes in once you're up Apps Stairs. It leaves the CT in Boiler low, and an eco player there dies to it. On B, the Banana Break HE is for when CTs smoke Banana early. It clears that smoke for a moment, exposing a rifle on Logs or Tree as you push. Car is where the close B anchor holds. The Car HE leaves him low, and anyone backing off toward 1st Orange is too. Once you're past Half Wall, the CT HE goes deep. It catches the rotator coming through CT, the one who'd hold from CT Tree on your plant.

CT side HE grenades

The Banana HE from Coffins meets Ts walking up Banana and leaves the stack low before they reach Logs. Deeper up, the Deep Banana HE lands on Tree and catches players still coming down from T Stairs. If the Ts already sit on Half Wall, the Half Wall HE breaks that stack before it can push out. The Car HE from Dark leaves the Ts on Car low for your swing. On A, the Apps Stairs HE breaks a group gathered there. Anyone pushing toward Apps Dark is low when you swing.

As a T, throw the Car HE and the Banana Break HE together from T Stairs. Car's anchor and the Logs player get hit before either gets a free shot.
