Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nades.ai (the "Service"), operated by Avichai Nissim ("we," "our," or "us") from Israel. You can reach us at [email protected]. By creating an account, linking your Steam account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

nades.ai reads professional Counter-Strike matches to surface grenade lineups (smokes, flashes, molotovs and HE) with videos, radar positions and usage statistics. The Service also offers on-demand Counter-Strike practice servers and a Steam chat bot that can deliver lineups and server details to you in Steam.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Some features depend on third-party services and may be unavailable from time to time.

Accounts & Steam linking

• Age: you must be 16 or older to create an account. Browsing the Service needs no account and is open to everyone.
• Accurate information: you agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You may sign up with an email and password and/or link your Steam account.
• Steam is your identity: linking Steam is how we recognize you in professional match data and deliver practice servers. Your account remains one account across the credentials you attach to it.
• Credential security: you are responsible for safeguarding your password and Steam credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• Deletion: you may delete your account from Settings. Deletion erases the account and everything attached to it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the Service except as expressly permitted, or place undue load on our infrastructure.
• Use the Service to build, promote, or distribute cheats, hacks, or any service that violates the rules of Counter-Strike, Steam, or Valve.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe the rights of others, or to transmit malware or abusive content.
• Abuse the Steam bot or practice servers, or interfere with other users' access.

User content & feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other materials, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate and improve the Service, without obligation to you.

You represent that any content you submit does not violate any law or third-party right.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its original content, analysis, layout, and branding, is owned by nades.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or distribute it.

Counter-Strike, Steam, and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. nades.ai is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Map layouts, radar images, and game assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Player portraits and team logos come from public match coverage, and each portrait is credited to its source. Image rights holders: email [email protected] and we'll remove the image within 48 hours.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Steam (authentication and the chat bot), Firebase (authentication), Google Cloud (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (our database), Cloudflare (delivery, media storage, security, and the bot check on our forms), Sentry (error monitoring), OpenAI (search), Google (analytics and, where enabled, advertising), CookieYes (consent management), and Resend (the emails we send you). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

The Service may display third-party advertising. We do not control the content of those ads and are not responsible for the products, services, or sites they link to. How advertising and analytics cookies are handled, and how to change your choices, is described in our Cookie policy.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the data is complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nades.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated more prominently. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, nothing here deprives you of the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
