Ranked: pros and teams with 20+ maps in the window, a game in the last 60 days, and at least 30 molotovs for a player, 150 molotovs for a team behind the figure.

A short sample is pulled toward the field's average until it is big enough, so a hot streak does not outrank a long record. That is why a rank can sit above a higher number.
